Forte Realty Corporation

Forte Realty Corporation (FRC), was established and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 4, 1981. Its first mass housing project was South City Homes in Biñan, Laguna under a management joint venture arrangement consisting of 2,000 single-detached housing units. The primary beneficiaries of the project were PAG-IBIG members who were public school teachers, soldiers, policemen and other low income beneficiaries. FRC provided general management, technical planning, buyer’s loan origination and marketing management services for the project. The development started in early 1981 and by the end of 1985, the project has been fully completed.

To conceptualize, plans organize, market and undertake mass housing developments, thereby assisting in supplying affordable and decent shelter to homeless families.
