Richville Federated Group of Companies (RFGC)was founded in 1988 in a single-detached house at the Ayala Alabang Village. It started as a small company that eventually blossomed into a prime property developer whose projects primarily span the Ayala Alabang area. The company’s growth ushered in the development of other projects in other parts of Metro Manila and neighboring provinces.

Bolstered by ambition and inspired by travels from around the world, the vision is to expose, educate, & introduce new ideas in design, product, and customer experience, specifically in the residential sector – always keeping in mind that location is key.
