Borland Development Corporation (BDC) has deeply rooted core values that made us who we are today. For the past 30 years, BDC has been consistent in finding ways to provide affordable and reliable houses. Dating back to 1990, Mr. Vicente Hao Chin Sr. had a vision to establish a real estate development that offers affordable yet quality housing units for Filipinos to help address the country’s demand on housing due to overgrowing population.
