MISSION STATEMENT

Our basic task at Asian Appraisal Company, Inc. (AACI) is to render a fair, professional, and sound judgment and estimation of the economic values of resources, goods, and services.   To achieve this task, we shall observe the strictest standards of integrity and impartiality; we shall inhibit ourselves from engaging in any undertaking where there is a conflict of interest or expressing an opinion for the purpose of obtaining unethical gain for ourselves or for our clients.  We shall determine, state and affirm the true value of resources, goods, and services according to the light that Divine Providence has given us to see the truth.

We assure our clients that at all times, our valuation services shall be professionally and competently rendered, technically sound, prompt and relevant to their needs, and consistent with their expectations.  Cognizant that our company’s most valuable asset is its credibility, an asset that has been taken decades to nurture and has given us a pre-eminent standing within the industry, we pledge ourselves to fulfill our service commitments in a manner that will justify and strengthen the confidence that our clients have reposed on us.

We pray the Divine Providence shall bless our company with the strength, the courage, and the wisdom to carry out these commitments.
